"A & L Tire" in Ridgecrest California is an oasis that the community and nearby towns don't know exist! They provide a lot more than just a tire shop...They provide excellent auto & customer services! They are swift, fast with your satisfaction in mind. I had sat in their lobby for over 5 hours while they worked on my car (I preferred just waiting instead of coming back for my car); while their desk staff tend to other customers and pop-ins. These guys know their jobs and how to treat customers. No one is ignored! Everyone is treated like they're the only customer. People walk out satisfied and with a smile. Check them out... because they provide a lot more and seemed to have a lot of satisfying customers from where I was sitting in that lobby - Me included when my car was done and my AC works!!! Very professional group of guys...The work done on my car were truly done with my satisfaction in mind. They never denied me a request to add something else to be looked at while there for work already scheduled. I am also amazed at the swift customer service they render for people just stopping by to have their tires checked or air or a question. They are given the #1 customer service treatment!!! They work fast and seemed to be a closed knit group. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone wanting the best service and sooner than later at a great price!!! ︎︎︎︎︎

A&L has always been helpful and friendly. It can be frustrating when our vehicle needs repairs. They are upfront with pricing and time needed for the work. Our family has been going to A&L for years. Never a complaint.

Fair prices, fast and good customer service

My car has a few years / miles on it. Whenever I take my car to A&L for it's regular oil change they perform an inspection and inform me of any problems. A&L has kept my car running smoothly and safely for 10 plus years. No complaints. I have complete trust in A&L. Always professional and courteous.

Had a big sidewall puncture while here from Illinois for Rebelle U training and even the rental car location was closed for the night. They got us in right at 7 am when they opened and we were back at training (even arrived early). They did a great job with the tire, at a fair price, and were so helpful and kind. Please take your business to them!
