I usually don’t write reviews but I could not resist myself to write this review for A & L at Ridgecrest. I can’t say enough good things about A & L Tire Company in Ridgecrest! We were stranded in the city with a flat tire and a bent wheel rim, and they truly came to our rescue. From the moment we requested an emergency service on Christmas day, their team was professional, kind, and incredibly resourceful. The situation seemed bleak as no dealers or repair shops within hundreds of miles had the specific wheel rim we needed. But Justin, Jacob, and the amazing A & L team went above and beyond, tracking down a matching rim from a junkyard to ensure we could get back on the road safely. They replaced the tire, fitted the rim, and got us back on track in record time. Their dedication, creativity, and humanity were truly remarkable. Justin and Jacob especially deserve special thanks and appreciation for their extra efforts, professionalism, and compassion. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable experience.
